A short one mile hike on the trail will take you to Hitz Bay Campground. Trail designated for hikers only.

- Exit I-5 at Gilman Road/Salt Creek Road.
- Southbound: turn left onto Salt Creek Road, second left is Gilman Road.
- Northbound: turn right onto Gilman Road
- Follow Gilman for 10 miles east to Dekkas Rock Group Campground
